The team at E Commerce NI were extremely patient with us as we made the transition to a new website that reflects the needs of our school community. The whole process was made stress free and this was facilitated by their conscientious attention to detail and rigorous research into our school ethos and values. All our queries and questions were answered in a manner that we could understand and we benefitted from the training we received so that we are able to update aspects of the website ourselves "in-school". Nothing was ever too much bother and we are extremely happy with the finished product. It is a website that allows us to showcase our school and students in a professional, interactive and user friendly way. Parents are very complimentary as to how much better informed they are about school events and procedures since the launch. We are looking forward to continued work with the E Commerce NI team in the months to come as we add more content and functionality to the website. Darren is very nice and knowledgeable. I needed a simple to use website as we are a small, family run, retail shop and don't have a lot of time and I'm not a professional web developer, I'm a gas man. Anyway, it's easy to add and manage products, it looks good, and I was able to update the software that it runs on by just pressing the button that popped up telling me too. It's still new so I'm still learning but Darren has been very patient and I am very pleased. Top marks. 👍
